More trouble with Toyota

Despite Toyota’s best efforts in trying to fix the problem with sticking accelerators, they are still running in to big problems. Over 60 different situations have occurred since Toyota has begun to offer to fix the problem. According to the article above, there have been several injuries relating to the faulty accelerators. That is, even after Toyota had supposedly fix it. This huge problem that has most likely set Toyota back in the automaking world by leaps and bounds may have just gotten a lot worse. Although Toyota has, so far, done the right thing by recalling the vehicles to be fixed, they have a lot more work to do in ensuring the safety of their customers. It is obvious that what ever they do they are going to loose a lot of money but in my opinion if they are planning on fighting claims that they are making ethical decisions, and if they want to survive, let alone thrive in the automaking world, they must permanently recall the faulty vehicles and give refunds or offer to provide a car of an equal model with out known problems. If they do not fix this problem immediately, the reputation of Toyota is going to go down the drain. Again, only my opinion
